Establish and maintain grow sites to produce full spectrum hemp for CBD oil production and to provide equipment and services to other growers including storage, production, laboratory facilities, and marketing.
In addition to growing hemp for the production of CBD oil, the Company plans to form strategic partnerships with sales channels to market its CBD oil in value added products. The Company has future plans to clone plants and seeds, and grow crops year-round in greenhouses to generate a steady revenue stream. Furthermore, medicinal herbs may also be grown.
The Company's business strategy is to operate in a limited geographical area to grow hemp and provide extraction, consulting, and additional services to other growers. We have lease agreements on four properties and are currently using three.
Start-up expenses are modest and are being provided by management. They include monies needed to support operations (lease of properties, planting equipment, seeds, and other production related needs). Most of the Company's liabilities will come from outside private loans and management investments.
The Company intends to leverage assets through banks or private borrowing. Profitability will depend on the timeliness of funding and the application of funds to produce hemp for CBD and extraction equipment for leasing.
